We currently operate 7 Senior Care Centres and 4 Active Ageing Centres (Care) island-wide.

PCF Sparkle Care enriches seniors’ golden years with quality Senior Care services and Active Ageing Programmes, promoting independence and the ability to age well in a nurturing community. PAP Community Foundation is a charitable organisation founded by the PAP, committed to nurturing a multi-racial, fair, just and inclusive society by providing educational, welfare and community services. PCF Sparkle Care is a place where seniors can gather to socialise and take part in activities and exercises, and receive help to keep their minds active and bodies healthy.

Celebrating 40 years of PCF, together! 🎉

We marked our 40th anniversary at PCF Family Day 2026, sharing announcements on our continued progress in early childhood education and senior care.

Held at the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, we brought about 6,600 of our community together for a day of fun, games, activities and performances.

Joining us for the celebrations were Guest-of-Honour Deputy Prime Minister Gan Kim Yong, Minister Josephine Teo, Chairperson of the PCF Council of Management, and Minister Sim Ann 沈颖, Chairperson of the PCF Charity Management Committee.

Here’s to 40 years of supporting children, seniors, families and educators, and building a brighter future for our communities.

From picking up Drone Soccer to guiding newer players, Mr Lau shows us that learning something new can also open the door to sharing it with others.🙌

After being among the first seniors at PCF Sparkle Care Active Ageing @ Braddell Heights to try Drone Soccer, Mr Lau went on to participate in competitions and now helps fellow seniors learn and enjoy the sport. He also volunteers as a facilitator for golf simulator sessions, sharing his experience and love for the game.⛳

Mr Lau’s story is a reminder that active ageing can be about discovering new interests, building connections, and continuing to contribute in meaningful ways.💚

Our centres have been getting into the festive spirit with seniors taking part in different activities!

At our Senior Care Centre in Serangoon, seniors cheered on our staff as they put their skills to the test in a pomelo peeling challenge, before joining in festive games together. Over at our Active Ageing Centre in Shunfu, seniors rolled up their sleeves to make their own mooncakes. 🥮

It was a wonderful time for everyone to come together and enjoy the festivities.

Jom Makan is one of the intergenerational activities at our Senior Care centre in Shunfu, where seniors and children come together through cooking. 👵🥘👧👦

More than just preparing a dish, our seniors get to take the lead, share what they know and guide the little ones along in a fun and familiar setting.

Through simple activities like this, seniors stay active and engaged while enjoying time with the younger generation.

Different generations, one meaningful morning.💛

Our seniors at PCF Sparkle Care came together with K2 children from PCF Sparkletots @ Punggol North Blk 326 for a morning of games, crafts, and shared activities.🥰

Through these intergenerational interactions, the children nurture empathy, patience, and communication skills as they engage with our seniors, while learning to appreciate and connect with a different generation. For our seniors, spending time with the little ones offers companionship, social interactions and opportunities to stay engaged through shared activities.

We look forward to more opportunities to bring our generations closer!🌟

When we talk about senior care, we often focus on the person receiving care. But behind every senior is often a caregiver doing their best to support a loved one.

For Linda, finding the right care for her father brought reassurance that he was receiving the support he needed. It also gave her the confidence and peace of mind to continue pursuing her own interests and well-being.

Today, Linda remains part of the PCF Sparkle Care community as a volunteer Martial Fitness instructor, helping fellow seniors stay active and connected.

There’s always something new to learn at PCF Sparkle Care Active Ageing @ Shunfu. 💚

Our seniors recently explored tea appreciation with Gan Clan, before trying their hand at Go and Chinese Chess with students from Hwa Chong Institution. 🍵🎲

It was a great chance to pick up new interests, put their minds to work and spend time with the younger generation.

What a wonderful day celebrating a new chapter for seniors in Tampines! 💚

Together with Home Nursing Foundation, we officially opened two new Active Ageing Centres at Tampines 922 and 813, marking the start of a meaningful partnership to bring more opportunities for seniors to stay active, connected and supported within their community.

It was a day filled with connection, joy and new possibilities for our seniors!

At our Active Ageing Centre in Braddell Heights, seniors are exploring simple mindfulness practices that can help them manage stress, build resilience and feel more balanced in their daily lives.

The ongoing workshops are conducted in partnership with Brahm Centre, allowing us to bring more meaningful programmes that support seniors’ overall well-being.

By working with like-minded partners, we can create more opportunities for seniors to stay active, connected and well in the community.
