There’s always something new to learn at PCF Sparkle Care Active Ageing @ Shunfu. 💚

Our seniors recently explored tea appreciation with Gan Clan, before trying their hand at Go and Chinese Chess with students from Hwa Chong Institution. 🍵🎲

It was a great chance to pick up new interests, put their minds to work and spend time with the younger generation.

What a wonderful day celebrating a new chapter for seniors in Tampines! 💚

Together with Home Nursing Foundation, we officially opened two new Active Ageing Centres at Tampines 922 and 813, marking the start of a meaningful partnership to bring more opportunities for seniors to stay active, connected and supported within their community.

It was a day filled with connection, joy and new possibilities for our seniors!

At our Active Ageing Centre in Braddell Heights, seniors are exploring simple mindfulness practices that can help them manage stress, build resilience and feel more balanced in their daily lives.

The ongoing workshops are conducted in partnership with Brahm Centre, allowing us to bring more meaningful programmes that support seniors’ overall well-being.

By working with like-minded partners, we can create more opportunities for seniors to stay active, connected and well in the community.

Start the morning with us at Blk 922, followed by performances, activity booths and the launch ceremony. Then, head over to celebrations Blk 813 for more performances and programme showcases.

What a showing by our seniors at the Senior National Games! 🏆

Our seniors from PCF Sparkle Care Active Ageing @ Yew Tee took on Boccia, Sport Stacking and Seated Floorball, keeping their cool through several hard-fought rounds and showing great sportsmanship along the way.

Their efforts paid off with 1st place in both Sport Stacking and Boccia, and a 4th-place finish in Seated Floorball! 👏

To round off the day, our Cardio Drummers brought their energy to the closing ceremony with a special performance, attended by Guest-of-Honour SMS Ms Low Yen Ling.

Congratulations to all our seniors on a fantastic day of competition! 💚

What makes a simple bowl of ABC soup special?

Join Mdm Tan, Mdm Mary and their three young helpers at our Senior Care Centre in Shunfu as they prepare this comforting family favourite!

In Part 2 of our Jom Makan series, our seniors patiently guide the children through each step, sharing cooking tips and little lessons along the way.

As they cook side by side, they create new memories together, showing how food can bring generations closer.

A little National Day celebration with plenty of smiles, games and good food!❤️

Our seniors at PCF Sparkle Care @ Eunos got into the National Day spirit with a fun-filled carnival, complete with games that had everyone cheering and joining in.

It was a wonderful time celebrating together and creating more happy memories with our seniors! 🎉

What a comeback! 🏆🚁

Congratulations to our seniors from PCF Sparkle Care Active Ageing Centre (Care) @ Eunos, who emerged champions at the inaugural Silver Drone Soccer Tournament 2026!

Nerves were high on finals day, and just one minute into play, a drone ran out of battery. After losing the first round, our seniors kept their cool and bounced back to win the next two, clinching the championship!

Beyond the win, what started as a new activity brought six neighbours together as teammates and now, champions! 💚

We’re also incredibly proud of all our Sparkle Care teams who gave it their all and represented our centres so well.

The event was organised by Jia Ying Community Services, in partnership with Association of Drone Soccer Singapore, Agency for Integrated Care, Community Foundation of Singapore, and enabled by FUN! Fund donors.

Our seniors are ready to take flight! 🚁⚽

Seven teams from PCF Sparkle Care are gearing up for the Silver Drone Soccer Tournament 2026, where they'll join fellow Active Ageing Centres from across Singapore in this inaugural competition.

Organised by Jia Ying Community Services, in partnership with the Association of Drone Soccer Singapore, the Agency for Integrated Care and the Community Foundation of Singapore, and enabled by FUN! Fund donors, the tournament will bring together more than 200 seniors from 24 Active Ageing Centres across Singapore.

Our seniors have been training very hard and can’t wait to put their drone soccer skills, teamwork and determination to the test. Come by and cheer them on at the Final Competition! 💚
