Mediacorp Suria feature. Proud of our youths from the ITE Colleges. Starting with lyrics they wrote on paper and melodies they recorded using the voice notes on their mobile phones, we used AI as a tool to develop the music arrangements and vocal guides for their original songs.

Jalinan Kasih 4PM had its 5th Session in July where beneficiaries of the programme were engaged in a workshop on Aspirations and Hope. Key takeaways from the session include reflections on their strengths, areas to strengthen with their families, setting small achievable goals and realistic goal planning moving forward.

The workshop was followed by Focus Group Engagements with our 4PM social workers to provide holistic support to the beneficiaries as well as reinforce self-confidence and self-belief in them towards achieving their goals.

Our 4PM beneficiaries were recently engaged in a Health Talk by the National Kidney Foundation, where they learned more about kidney health.

The session equipped our senior beneficiaries with valuable knowledge on the symptoms, prevention, and early detection of kidney disease, while raising awareness of available health services and support.

It was an interactive and fruitful session, with many meaningful questions and discussions. Special thanks to NKF Singapore for empowering our seniors with beneficial knowledge to make informed choices for their health!
