UAP Singapore Chapter warmly congratulates our eight (8) members who successfully passed the Special Professional Licensure Examination for Master Plumbers held on May 29–30, 2026, in Singapore.

Your hard work, perseverance, and dedication have truly paid off. This achievement reflects your commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth. We are incredibly proud of each one of you and celebrate this milestone with great joy. May this success inspire you to continue serving with competence, integrity, and passion in the plumbing profession.

We would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to PICE Singapore Chapter, especially Engr. UAP Singapore Chapter was honored to be invited to the Flag-Raising Ceremony celebrating the 128th Philippine Independence Day at the Philippine Embassy in Singapore. The occasion served as a meaningful reminder of the courage, sacrifice, and unwavering spirit of the Filipino people in safeguarding the nation's freedom and sovereignty.

Representing the Singapore Chapter at this significant event were the current Chapter President Maria Louretta Nico, and the Incoming Chapter President Carlo Calleja. Their presence reflected the Chapter's continued commitment to fostering unity, patriotism, and active engagement within the Filipino community in Singapore.

UAP Singapore proudly joined fellow Filipinos and local guests in commemorating this historic milestone and honoring the legacy of those who fought for the country's independence.

Nakikiisa ang Unyon ng mga Arkitekto ng Pilipinas Singapore Chapter sa pagdiriwang ng ika-128 Anibersaryo ng Ating Kalayaan. Sa araw na ito, ating ginugunita ang katapangan, pagkakaisa, at pagmamahal sa bayan ng mga Pilipinong nagbuwis ng buhay upang makamtan ang kalayaang ating tinatamasa ngayon. Nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala na saan man tayo naroroon sa mundo, patuloy nating dalhin ang diwang makabayan sa pamamagitan ng malasakit, integridad, at katapatan. United Architects of the Philippines (UAP) Singapore Chapter recently hosted "TRANSCENDENCE: Architects Without Borders", an immersion program held from May 1–5, 2026, in Osaka, Japan 🎌🗾, exploring the intersections of architecture, urbanism, and cross-cultural exchange.

The delegation toured iconic heritage 🏯sites such as Himeji Castle, Osaka Castle, Fushimi Inari Shrine, and Pontocho Alley, as well as notable destinations including Arashiyama Bamboo Grove, Arima Onsen, Mount Rokko, and Nishiki Market.

We extend our gratitude to Ar. Yoshihiko Sano, CEO of Yasui Architects, for the invaluable dialogue on Japanese architectural philosophy and multi-generational practice during the second day of the tour.

By blending firsthand exploration with expert-led discussions and international networking opportunities, the program successfully bridged the gap between historical preservation and modern professional practice. 🇵🇭🇯🇵🌸

UAP Singapore Chapter proudly participated in the annual Isang Bangkang Malaya (IBM) 2026 dragon boat competition on 7 June 2026 at Passion Wave Bedok Reservoir, organized by Filipino Dragons Singapore (FDS).

IBM is more than just a race—it is a celebration of camaraderie, teamwork, resilience, and the enduring spirit of the Filipino community in Singapore. This year became even more special as the UAP Singapore Dragons were officially recognized for 12 years of continuous participation, a milestone that reflects the chapter’s unwavering commitment and unity through the years.

Beyond the results, the 20 UAP Singapore Dragons achieved another personal victory by surpassing their previous race record—an accomplishment made possible through months of dedication, perseverance, and rigorous weekly training sessions held from 9 May to 31 May 2026.

Yet, the true triumph of the day extended far beyond the finish line. It was found in the powerful sense of family that filled the shores—every UAP Singapore member who came to cheer, encourage, and celebrate together. The voices of support, the shared excitement, and the unwavering belief in one another became the heartbeat of our team, proving that when we stand united, there is no limit to what we can achieve.

We were also deeply honored to have our collective efforts and this significant milestone witnessed by the Philippine Embassy delegation in Singapore, making the occasion even more meaningful for our chapter and community.

This achievement belongs to everyone—the dedicated paddlers who poured their hearts into every stroke and training session, the supporters who never stopped lifting the team’s spirit, the organizers who made the event possible, and the entire UAP Singapore Family who stood together as one.

Congratulations to all for another successful and unforgettable IBM experience. More than the medals and records, what truly matters is the camaraderie, sportsmanship, and unity that continue to define UAP Singapore Chapter.

Final Training Session – 31 May 2026 🚣‍♂️🚣‍♀️

We know that every successful structure begins with a strong foundation, careful planning, and teamwork. The same principles guide us in dragon boating—where every stroke, every paddler, and every effort contributes to a stronger and faster boat.

Together, we have built not only race readiness, but also lasting friendships and team spirit.

With our final training completed on 31 May 2026, we are ready to take on the IBM Dragon Boat Race. Building teamwork. Paddling as one.
