Stedfast Association of The Boys' Brigade in Singapore It was the brainchild of Mr. The Stedfast Club was only officially registered as a society in Singapore on 7 July 1969.

The Stedfast Association, Singapore (SA) began as the Sure & Stedfast Club in 1935 when it was decided to have a club cater for old Boys of The Boys’ Brigade who have left the organization upon reaching the age limit. James M Fraser, the then Battalion President, who recognised the potentials of individual old Boys whose hearts were still burning strong for the Brigade work. It was at the 1983 BB

Centennial Celebration in UK, that the name of The Stedfast Association was adopted to bear the common identity among all BB alumni organizations worldwide. Thus, the name of the Club was changed to The Stedfast Association.
