The Kidney Dialysis Foundation (KDF) is pleased to welcome two distinguished leaders to its Board of Directors.

Ms Shyan Yan Ho, Partner at Ernst & Young LLP Singapore, joins with over 35 years of audit and advisory experience across Singapore, Australia, and China.

Her work spans financial audits, due diligence, profit forecast reviews, feasibility studies, and internal audit reviews for multinational, listed, and emerging enterprises across sectors including medical technology, life sciences, precision manufacturing, industrial products and retail.

At KDF, she will serve on the Audit and Risk Committee, Tender Committee, and the Gordon Ku Kidney Hub Sub-Committee.

Mr Alvin Lim, Senior Managing Director and Head of Singapore and Malaysia at CVC Capital Partners, joins with over 25 years of experience in private equity and investment banking.

His career includes senior leadership roles at Citigroup, Schroders, and HSBC, where he served as Head of Investment Banking for Southeast Asia and led landmark M&A and capital markets transactions across the region.

He will serve on the Fundraising Committee and Investment Committee.

As KDF marks 30 years of service, both appointments will further strengthen the Board's depth of expertise — reinforcing the Foundation's commitment to sound governance, sustainable growth, and its mission of serving dialysis patients in need and building a wider community of care.
