CHINESE EMBASSY: HUANGYAN DAO IS NOT A PHILIPPINE TERRITORY

Muling idiniin ng Chinese Embassy sa Pilipinas na mayroon umanong soberanya ang China sa Scarborough Soha o Huangyan Dao.

Sa isang statement, ibinahagi ni Chinese Embassy Guo Wei ang sulat ni Philippine Ambassador to Germany Bienvenido Tan, Jr. kay German HAM radio operator Dieter Löffler noong February 1990.

Nakasaad sa sulat ni Tan na hindi umano bahagi ng territorial sovereignty ng Pilipinas ang Scarborough, base sa Philippine National Mapping and Resource Information Authority, pero may paglilinaw sa dulo.

"However, the area is within the 200-mile Philippine economic zone," giit ni Tan.

Inilabas ng embahada ang sulat upang kontrahin ang pahayag ni Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) spokesperson Jay Tarriela tungkol sa pinagtatalunang bahagi ng katubigan.

To all of those non-responsive private companies, listen up mothaf**kas. When good greyhats like this kid notifies you of a vulnerability in your systems, please show some decency by acknowledging them.

This person wanted nothing but notify you that your hotel website is a victim of SEO Poisoning. And you responded with a silent fix? A fu***ng silent fix? Come on. You guys know better than that. Kilala ko yang nag mamanage ng website niyo. Huwag nyo nang uulitin yan at ako na ang babanat sa site nyo sige kayo.

Props to this kid for their patience, and for an extremely detailed report.
