🎒🚌 The Public Transport Assistance Scheme for Students (PASS) – Student Transport Assistance Scheme is now open.

Eligible students can receive a one-off financial support of $30 per school-going child to help ease the increasing cost of living.

✅ Eligibility:
• Singapore Citizen
• Residing in Toa Payoh East Division
• Student studying full-time from primary school to university, aged 25 years old and below
• Gross monthly Per Capita Household Income (PCHI) must not exceed $2,500

🚗⛽ The Driver Relief & Incentive Voucher Exercise (DRIVE) – Platform Worker Fuel Relief Grant is now open.

Eligible platform workers using fuel-powered vehicles can receive a one-off grant of $150 to help cushion the impact of fuel price increases.

✅ Eligibility:
• Singapore Citizen
• Residing in Toa Payoh East division
• Active platform worker affected by fuel price increases
• Average gross monthly income of at least $2,000 over the past 3 months
• Per Capita Household Income (PCHI) not exceeding $3,000
• Limited to 1 application per household

At Eat. Rest. Play 2026!, residents of Toa Payoh East came together for a day filled with food, fun, friendship, and meaningful connections. From games and bingo to craft activities, the event celebrated the spirit of care and togetherness that makes our community special.

Mr Saktiandi Supaat, Adviser to Bishan-Toa Payoh GRC GROs introduced two new community assistance initiatives, PASS (Public Transport Assistance Scheme for Students) and DRIVE (Driver Relief and Incentive Voucher Exercise) for Toa Payoh East residents. These initiatives are designed to provide support to families, delivery riders, and private-hire drivers using fuel-powered vehicles who are facing daily cost pressures.

A strong community is built on compassion, solidarity, and looking out for one another. Together, we can ensure that no one is left behind in Toa Payoh East. ❤️
