SGDF Lab SGDF Lab is an initiative by the Singapore Dancesport Federation (SGDF) to encourage members of the public to participate and understand more about Dancesport.

Always wanted to pick up dancesport or "ballroom dancing"? Watched "Dancing With The Starts" and itching to move? SGDF Lab is here to help! We have organised a series of fun and easy to follow lessons for anyone to pickup the basics of partner dancing. Come join us!

General information

What is Dancesport? It is dancing to a wide range of music as a sport, and is suitable for all ages. Most famous of these are the ballroom dances performed to music styles from Europe and Latin America.

Products

Each of our "sessions" come in bit-sized sets of 4 lessons, each focusing on 1 dance - and you can attend any one you like! Lessons are on Saturdays, 4-5pm (Latin session) and 5-6pm (standard session).

Promo rate: $5 per lesson for everyone!
(Regular rate: $8 for adults; $5 concession)

Anyone can join! Dancesport can be enjoyed with your family, friends, and partners!
