We’re delighted to announce our pre-letting at The Pioneer Club, 12–14 Cavendish Place in Marylebone, and the start of our partnership with Unity Land.

This marks our second commitment in London and our first in the West End. Following our launch at One Leadenhall earlier this year, this next step reflects our ambition to bring The Work Project’s premium flexible workspace experience to exceptional locations.

Set within two Grade II* listed Georgian townhouses overlooking Cavendish Square, The Pioneer Club will be transformed into a workspace that brings together heritage, design and hospitality in a truly special setting.
