Intake 3 of our Groundbreakers Leadership Programme is officially here! We kicked off with a powerhouse masterclass on Leadership conducted by
Experience Sparks! – where our groundup leaders dug deep into their whys, uncovered what truly drives them, and began shaping their personal leadership identity.​

Beyond the learning, our new cohort took time to connect with one another, exploring shared values, celebrating individual talents, and discovering the strengths each person brings to the table.​

Brought to you by BAGUS Together and The Legal Sauce, Groundup Transit is a space for charities and groundups working in similar causes to meet one another – not across tables or panels, but side by side, in conversation, while walking together with legal volunteers.

The intention is simple but powerful:
🤝 Foster genuine connections
⚙️ Surface shared challenges
✍️ Learn from groundups who have successfully partnered charities
💡 Explore fresh ideas for collaborations across people, spaces, and programmes
