TRC’s Work Plan Retreat brought together our committee members, affiliates, youth leaders, and volunteers to reflect on where we are today and where we want to go next as an organisation and community.
At a time where Indian organisations must actively pursue leadership renewal, these conversations are more important than ever. From understanding the aspirations of emerging youth leaders to rethinking volunteerism and community engagement in today’s changing world, this retreat became a meaningful space for honest dialogue and collective vision-building.
What stood out most was the shared commitment across generations, a willingness to listen, adapt, and continue building a Tamil community that remains relevant, rooted, and forward-looking. 🚀
