🌊⚓️ SEA SCOUTS AT SINGAPORE MARITIME WEEK 2025 ⚓️🌊
Last weekend, our Sea Scouts were in action at the Singapore Maritime Gallery during ! From setting up an interactive booth on nautical knowledge & Sea Scouting to sharing insights on conservation and maritime decarbonisation, our Scouts showcased their passion for the seas. 🌏🌿
⛴️They also took on key roles in ushering, guiding visitors at the vessel showcase, and even conducting safety briefings alongside RSN personnel before vessel boardings. A huge shoutout to these dedicated Scouts for executing their duties with discipline and excellence! 💪
Beyond service, our Scouts had an enriching time:
⚓️ Embarking on a sea sortie aboard MSF Happy, a ferry vessel belonging to Marina South Ferries Pte Ltd, where they experienced watchkeeping, vessel identification, and aids to navigation firsthand.
📻Attending an engaging marine radio workshop by the Singapore Amateur Radio Transmitting Society (SARTS).
This event is part of the Singapore Scout Association's partnership with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore-building future maritime leaders one knot at a time. Bravo Zulu to the crew of Condor Sea Scout Group, Tsunami Sea Scout Group and Southernwaves Sea Scout Group for organising and contributing to the success of the event! 🌊⛵️
