Jurong Spring Zone E Residents' Network Residents’ Network organizes events and activities to strengthen community bonds among our residents. In 2011, the RC was absorbed into Jurong Spring.

Zone E consists of Block 524, 525, 526, 527, 528, 529, 530, 530A, 531, 532, 533, 534, 535 and 536

Jurong Spring Zone E Residents’ Committee (RC) was formed in 1985. The RC was then situated in Hong Kah South Constituency and was named as “Hong Kah South Zone 2 RC”. In 2001, the RC became part of Boon Lay Constituency and was renamed as “Boon Lay Zone H RC”. There are 6 RCs in Jurong Spring and ou

r RC was named as Jurong Spring Zone E RC. In line with People’s Association directives, the RC reaches out to our residents of all ages and races via different channels such as social media, notice boards and banners. The RC organises classes such as Taekwondo, Chinese Language tuition and Playgroup for young children, and Interest Groups such as Fun-walkers, Line dancers and Qigong for the more senior residents who are still young at heart, to keep our residents physically, mentally and socially healthy. This RC celebrates the mid-Autumn festival annually and literally with a bang. We engage an event company to provide entertainment for our residents. The celebrations always culminate in a lucky draw and often residents will stay till the end of the day to ensure that they do not miss the opportunity to win a handsome prize. Food is an attractive way to bring people together. As such the RC always caters good refreshment for participants. We aim to make our RC the “talk-of-the-town” and would need more residents to joins us to make this happen. If you are able and willing to work with us, we welcome you to join us as a member and help us make Zone E RC precinct a more vibrant and better place to stay in. You can approach us at the event, or drop by at our RC Centre located at Block 527 or Jurong Spring Community Club to express your interest. We look forward to work with you :)
