2025 has been another busy and rewarding year for Singapore Modern Pentathlon.
From unveiling our new association logo, to successfully conducting the UIPM Level 1 Coaches Course, and competing across multiple events 🏃‍♂️🤺🏊‍♀️🎯🧗‍♂️, this year marked several important breakthroughs.

None of this would have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our athletes, coaches, and the many back-end staff working tirelessly behind the scenes. Every effort counts and deserves to be remembered.

As we look ahead, we carry this momentum and passion forward — keeping the fire burning as we move into 2026 🔥💪🇸🇬

🇸🇬 SEA Games 2025 | SG Pentathlon Journey 🇸🇬

As the SEA Games 2025 come to a close, SG Pentathlon would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who made this journey possible.

To our athletes, coaches, and supporters — your dedication, resilience, and belief carried the team every step of the way.
A special thanks to the SNOC, SportSG, our Exco members and volunteers, who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure our athletes could perform and deliver at the Games.

🌟 Special mention and appreciation to Marcus Ong and Nicole Low for having been selected by the SNOC to represent Singapore and SG Pentathlon for the Games. The dedication and sacrifices you made, pushing yourselves with courage, fighting spirit and determination in pursuit of sporting excellence. Your commitment truly embodies the spirit of Singapore sport.

• Nicole Low — Women’s Individual: 4th
• Marcus Ong — Men’s Individual: 6th

This journey has been one of growth, grit, and pride. We shall return stronger, inspired, and ready for the next lap. 💪🔥

We’re excited to introduce the athletes representing Singapore in the Modern Pentathlon at the upcoming SEA Games 2025!

🔥 Marcus Ong
After his last SEA Games appearance in 2019, Marcus returns for his second outing in the Modern Pentathlon — bringing experience, determination, and a strong drive to push Singapore forward in the Laser Run Men’s Individual event.

✨ Nicole Low
A true multi-talent! Not only is Nicole representing Singapore in the Athletics, she’ll also be making her Modern Pentathlon debut in the Laser Run Women’s Individual event at this year’s SEA Games. Her commitment and versatility make her one to watch!

🎯🤺🏊‍♂️🏃‍♂️ Ready for Action — Team Singapore at the 2025 Asian Modern Pentathlon Championships!

Keefe Chan and Tahir Ansari, led by Coach Igor, will be representing Singapore at the 2025 Asian Modern Pentathlon Championships — which also serves as the qualifier for the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games! 🌏✨

Both athletes will be competing in the full pentathlon, featuring fencing, obstacles, swimming, and laser run. 💪🔥

Let’s cheer them on as they fly the Singapore flag high and give their all on the international stage! 🇸🇬❤️
