Another medal at the UIPM 2026 Obstacle World Championships - Beijing, China — and this time, a SILVER! 🥈🇸🇬

After winning BRONZE in the Women's Seniors 400m yesterday evening, Joan Ng is back on the podium — this time bringing home a SILVER medal in the Women's Seniors 3KM at the UIPM 2026 Obstacle World Championships! 💪🔥

Joan clocked an impressive 23:18.64 in what was a truly demanding race. The 3KM event is not just about speed — it is a real test of endurance, strength and stamina, especially under the challenging 32°C heat. ☀️🥵

Pushing through obstacle after obstacle and battling the heat, Joan showed incredible determination to fight all the way to the finish line and secure another podium finish for Singapore! 🇸🇬

Two races. Two medals. What an amazing performance! 👏

Congratulations, Joan! Your resilience, determination and fighting spirit have made Singapore proud once again! ❤️🇸🇬

Great news from Beijing! 🥉🇸🇬

Joan Ng has done it! She storms onto the podium with a BRONZE medal in the Women's Seniors 400m at the UIPM 2026 Obstacle World Championships!

This isn't just a win—it's proof that every fall, every doubt, every "one more rep" was never in vain. Joan showed up, emptied the tank, and brought home hardware for herself and for Singapore.

To everyone still grinding out there—let this be your sign. The effort always pays off. Keep showing up. Keep believing. Your moment is coming, too.

👏 Huge respect, Joan! You've made us all proud. 🇸🇬
