We observed that many of the schools and associations for children with special needs provide an indoor learning environment. We thought that bringing these children outdoors for an excursion under the sun would be fun and educational too! As such, with just a small group of children and volunteers, we started to go on outings from time to time. Over the years, our group has grown stronger, with t
he support of more parents and involvement of more volunteers. To further spread our cause in this new era of social media, our committee has decided to re-organise ourselves, thus the birth of GUIDES! Our Mission: To provide young individuals with special needs a unique learning experience of life skills. Our Vision: An accepting and embracing society where young individuals with special needs will grow up with the skills and abilities to live independently.
