What a wonderful afternoon at Block 149! ❤️

On Saturday, 15 August 2026, we came together for the 3rd month of our Give.Asia Community Fridge Grocery Distribution. A big thank you to all the wonderful volunteers from Toa Payoh Central Zone 5 Residents’ Network who gave their time and energy to make this community initiative a success! 🙌🤝

Every grocery pack shared is more than just food — it is a little gesture of care, kindness and support for our neighbours. 🫶🏠

🌱💚 Another Month of Kindness, Another Month of Community! 💚🌱

Today marks the second successful month of our GiveAsia Community Fridge Grocery Distribution at Block 149, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who made this initiative possible! 🙌❤️

With the support of our dedicated volunteers from Toa Payoh Central Zone 5 Residents’ Network and our community partners, grocery sets were distributed to residents living in the rental block at Block 149, bringing smiles and practical support to our neighbours. 🛍️🥬🥛

This meaningful programme is held every third Saturday of the month, providing an opportunity for our community to come together and care for one another. Every volunteer, every act of kindness and every helping hand makes a real difference. 🤝✨

A heartfelt thank you to all the volunteers who generously gave their time and energy to support today’s distribution. Your compassion and commitment are what keep this initiative going strong! 💚👏

🎣🦐 Father’s Day Celebration @ Woodleigh – A Wonderful Day of Family Bonding! 👨‍👧‍👦❤️

Today, Toa Payoh Central Zone 5 Residents’ Network successfully held our much-anticipated Father’s Day Prawning & Fishing Adventure at Woodleigh, bringing together 46 residents for a memorable day filled with laughter, fun and family bonding! 🎉

From exciting prawning and longkang fishing activities to enjoying freshly BBQ-ed prawns and the relaxing fish spa experience, both children and adults had a fantastic time creating precious memories with their fathers and grandfathers. 🦐🎣🔥

We were also delighted to welcome our Advisor, Mr Cai, who took time to visit the participants and personally distribute goodie bags to all fathers and grandfathers as a token of appreciation for their love, dedication and contributions to their families and community. 🎁👏

A big thank you to all residents, volunteers and organisers who made this event such a success. Seeing families spend quality time together and the smiles on everyone’s faces truly made this Father’s Day celebration special. ❤️

🎉🥬 36 Grocery Sets Fully Distributed! 🥬🎉

A huge THANK YOU to all our amazing volunteers from Toa Payoh Central Zone 5 Residents’ Network who came together today to support the GiveAsia Community Fridge Grocery Distribution at Block 149! ❤️🤝

We are delighted to share that all 36 grocery sets were successfully distributed to eligible residents within the hour. Your generosity, dedication and community spirit helped make this initiative a meaningful success. 🌟🏘️

Yesterday, in collaboration with 好人好事 Hao Ren Hao Shi, Bishan Community Club and Toa Payoh Central Community Club, we came together to support 120 needy households in our community with a grocery distribution at Block 147A Linkhall. A simple act that brings real impact ❤️
