A Gentle Space for Healing & New Beginnings

Yesterday's Mindfulness Workshop, led by Counsellor Jeanette from Human HeartS Society and supported by Nasir and Ajeera from Ultimate Friends SG, offered a warm and safe space for our community to slow down, breathe and reconnect with themselves.

Through gentle reflection and grounding practices, participants were reminded that healing begins with presence and growth begins with self-compassion. ❤️

It was truly a wonderful workshop to open a new chapter in 2026 — with open hearts, renewed strength and hope for the journey ahead.

Grateful for the shared intentions, kind hearts and meaningful collaboration.

Human Hearts Society
- Year End Message -

Closing 2025 with Gratitude, Stepping into 2026 with Hope ❤️

As we come to the end of 2025, we reflect with gratitude on the journey we’ve shared together.

Human Hearts Society (HH) is currently in the process of renovating our space, as part of our efforts to better serve the community and create a more welcoming environment in the years ahead.

On 25 December, we held our final meeting of the year, coming together to discuss our plans and vision for 2026, in a warm and meaningful setting over a shared meal. It was a gentle reminder that compassion and connection remain at the heart of what we do.

As we prepare for the new year, we sincerely welcome donations and support to help sustain our initiatives and ongoing improvements. Every contribution, no matter the size, makes a meaningful difference.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us with your time, energy, kindness and prayers.

May 2026 bring more opportunities to serve, uplift and touch lives with love and hope.

❤️ Human Hearts Society ❤️

Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!
May this blessed occasion fill your hearts with peace, joy, and renewed strength.

As we celebrate the culmination of Ramadan, a time of reflection, forgiveness, and unity, I am reminded of the profound connection between our mission at Human Hearts Society and the spirit of this festive season. Hari Raya is not just a celebration of triumph over challenges—it is a testament to the power of community, compassion, and collective healing.

Gratitude & Reflections
To our dedicated team members, resilient beneficiaries, loyal followers, generous supporters, and cherished families: thank you. Your unwavering commitment to fostering mental well-being and emotional health has transformed countless lives. Together, we’ve provided counselling to those burdened by anxiety, guided individuals through career transitions, supported families in mending relationships, and empowered formerly incarcerated persons with second chances through skills training and holistic care.

This year, as we advocated for stress-free lifestyles and educated communities on mental health, I witnessed firsthand how small acts of empathy can ignite profound change. Whether through our therapy sessions, parental guidance workshops, or youth programs, each effort has brought us closer to a society where no one suffers in silence.

Mental Health & the Spirit of Hari Raya
Hari Raya teaches us to seek forgiveness, cherish connections, and embrace gratitude—values that align deeply with our work. Let this celebration remind us that mental well-being thrives in environments of love and support. As you gather with loved ones, I encourage you to:

Listen with compassion to those struggling emotionally.

Educate others on the importance of mental health awareness.

Prioritize self-care, ensuring your own emotional reserves are replenished.

A Call to Continue Our Journey
The road to holistic well-being is ongoing. Let us use this festive energy to renew our commitment to building a community where mental health is destigmatized, support is accessible, and every individual—regardless of their past or present struggles—feels valued.

Closing Wishes
May this Hari Raya bring you:

Peace in your mind,

Joy in your heart,

Strength in your spirit,

Prosperity in your endeavours.

To all celebrating, Maaf Zahir dan Batin—I seek your forgiveness and offer mine. Let us step forward with hope, unity, and the courage to keep “touching hearts” in every way we can.

With gratitude and warmth,

Haji Mohsain Badron
