Age Well Everyday -21st Sep 2025, Lesson 11

We began our class with a beautiful Sunday practice of meridian flapping to energize our body and mind. In today’s Health Education Programme (HEP), we learned about stress and insomnia - their causes, symptoms, and ways to manage and treat them. To close, we ended with our Mindful Awareness Practice (MAP), sending loving-kindness to ourselves and to others, cultivating peace and compassion. 🌸✨

Let’s continue to practice daily for a healthier, calmer, and more joyful life. 🌿💖

Age Well Everyday -14th Sep 2025, Lesson 10

In today’s session, we deepened our understanding of dementia under our Health Education and Mental Wellness segment. We explored its causes, effects, and ways to support brain health as we age.

To close the class, we practiced mindfulness of environment, training our awareness to stay present and connected with our surroundings.

Age Well Everyday - 31st Aug 2025, Lesson 8

🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️What a wonderful session today! 🎶
We moved with music, keeping to the tempo as we practiced our meridian flapping exercise. The rhythm gave us energy and focus, and many of us found ourselves smiling as we moved.🙆‍♀️🙆‍♂️

In our health education segment, we touched on anxiety 😟— a feeling we all may face at times. Together, we explored simple ways to notice it, and gentle practices that can help bring us back to calm. 😌

🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️To close, we enjoyed a round of mindful walking. Each step reminded us to be aware of our environment—the sounds, the air, the ground beneath our feet. It was a beautiful way to return to the present moment.

💡 Remember: movement with joy, a calm mind, and mindful steps help us age well every day. 🌈

Age Well Everyday - 24th Aug 2025, Lesson 7

Today, we explored the importance of good mental health and why caring for our mind matters as much as caring for our body.

✨ We learned the last two points of Meridian Flapping, strengthening both body and mind.

🚶‍♀️🚶‍♂️ To close the session, we enjoyed a calming mindful walking practice, helping us stay grounded, present, and refreshed.

💡 Remember, a healthy mind creates a healthier, happier you. Take each step with calmness and awareness, and carry this mindful energy into your everyday life.

This week in our meridian flapping practice, we explored two more meridian points to enhance our daily wellness routine. Step by step, we’re moving closer to completing all 14 points! ✌️

In today’s session, we also focused on fall prevention in HEP and practiced mindful walking to strengthen balance and awareness in our daily steps. 🌿👣✨

Every mindful step helps us stay steady and safe.

Age Well Everyday - 26th July 2025, Lesson 4This week, we explored Healthy Eating tips from our Health Education Programme — because a happy body starts with what we put on our plate! 🥗✨

We also learned 2 new points in our Meridian Flapping exercise to boost our energy flow 💪, and wrapped up with a soothing mindful practice to relax both body and mind. 🌿🧘‍♀️

Age Well Everyday - 20th July 2025, Lesson 3 🍎🧠
In this week, we dived into the topic of Diabetes—understanding its causes, prevention, and management.
We also practiced Mindful Eating, learning to slow down, engage our senses, and make healthier food choices.

Age Well Everyday - 13 July 2025, Lesson 2

In this week’s meridian flapping, we explored two more meridian points to enhance our daily wellness exercises.

Our health education segment focused on understanding blood pressure — why it matters and how we can manage it better. 🩺

🧠Mindfulness in action, we had a fun and energising time learning two mindful activities : Rabbit and Hunter, Pounding and Shuffling. 🐇🌀👣

We ended the session with calming mindfulness practices, creating space for stillness, presence, and gratitude. 🌿🧘‍♂️

Small steps, big difference — let’s continue to age well together!
