Radin Mas is a beautiful place that combines the old rustic charm with modern feel. We have many interesting places like the grand dame SIT flats, the culturally-rich black and white colonial houses, the tranquil Carmelite Monastery and the new kid on the block - The Henderson Waves Bridge. This heritage is very much
alive and we wish to showcase the unique appeal of Radin Mas through the activities organise by Radin Mas Grassroots Organisations (GROs)
Radin Mas GROs organise community activities such as International Cultural Nite, Community Family Day, Heritage Tour etc to promote racial harmony and community bonding. GROs also assist to channel residents' feedback to the government and keeps them informed of government’s policies through regular block visits and community dialogue sessions. In Radin Mas, there is a free meal coupon scheme to provide further assistance to the PA recipients. Radin Mas Golden Service has been very successful, providing the opportunities for needy senior citizens and low income families to earn extra income by setting up stalls every Sunday morning at Redhill Market to sell their products and services.
