Getting Ready for the Workplace Fairness Act 🤝

A meaningful engagement with MOM x CIEU and our management partners on the Workplace Fairness Act (WFA) to better understand and prepare for its implementation. With the WFA expected to take effect by end 2027, our management partners are prepped to start early to put in place the necessary practices and processes.

Through continued tripartite collaboration and open dialogue, we can work together to build fairer, more inclusive and respectful workplaces. 💪
