West Coast Park parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ability to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from juniors five years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least three times per year.

West Coast Park parkrun cancelled – Saturday, 10 October 2026

Unfortunately, we've had to cancel tomorrow’s West Coast Park parkrun due to the haze - the current conditions do not meet our air quality policy requirements for proceeding with the event.

Thank you for your understanding. We know this will be disappointing, but the health and safety of our participants and volunteers must come first.

Hopefully clearer skies are ahead and we'll see you all next week!

Haze update – West Coast Park parkrun

With haze conditions potentially affecting tomorrow’s event, we’re monitoring the situation and will make decisions in accordance with the Singapore parkrun haze policy.

We’ll assess conditions at three decision points:
* 8pm tonight (Friday)
* 6am tomorrow (Saturday)
* 7am tomorrow (Saturday)

If we need to cancel, we’ll post an update here on our page and on the WCP event page at parkrun.sg. Rostered volunteers will also be notified by email.

If no cancellation announcement is posted, the event will go ahead as usual. Please check for updates before setting out tomorrow morning.

Safety is our priority, and we appreciate your understanding while we monitor the situation.

We hope we can see you tomorrow!
