Operation Hope Foundation

Operation Hope Foundation A Singapore registered charity that works in developing countries It is easy to give money to a local charity and depend on them totally to run the projects.

There has been criticism about orphanages , many of which are scams that rip off unsuspecting donors. We want to share a model of running well equipped and managed children home where children are brought up in a loving environment and learned many skills and character development .Being a Singapore charity, we are accountable to the Ministry of Communications and Youths which has strict standards

on corporate governance. Because of the tight supervision and control from Singapore , we remove fraud, abuse and ensure the children's needs are properly met. Our community projects are also supervised closely to ensure the donor's money is properly used. Our model is a partnership model where Singapore staff work closely with our Khmer and Nepali staff.

💻 Building digital skills for the future

At our children’s home, the computer room is always buzzing with activity. Thanks to laptops, tutors, and volunteers, our children are gaining essential digital skills that will help them in school, work, and life ahead.

We’re especially proud of Naem Ranun, one of our Grade 8 students, who has been recognised by his school for his strong computer skills. 🌟 He was selected to sit for a special computer exam in Kandal Province under the KOICA program.

KOICA (Korea International Cooperation Agency) is South Korea’s official development aid agency, supporting education and development projects in Cambodia and many other countries. Being chosen for this exam is a big honour and a wonderful opportunity for Ranun.

The exam results are expected in November 2026, and we are cheering him on every step of the way. 🙌

Thank you to our sponsors, donors, and volunteers for making stories like Ranun’s possible. Your support is helping children gain confidence, skills, and hope for a brighter future. To sponsor a child in HVPV contact [email protected]

We’re celebrating a big milestone in Cambodia! 🎓

All six of our Grade 9 students passed their final exams and completed entrance tests for Chamroen Vichea High School and New Generation High School – a huge milestone in their education journey.

In Cambodia, Grade 9 marks the completion of lower secondary education and is a crucial step towards higher studies. These students have worked incredibly hard, and their progress reflects not only their determination, but also the consistent support and encouragement they’ve received from people like you.

NA Children Final Exam Results for Academic Year 2025/26

We are happy to share the final exam results of our NA children for Academic Year 2025/26. A special congratulations to Sonia in Class 3 and Shirsha in Class 4, who both achieved first place in their class and first among their cohort.

We are also proud to share that 10 of our NA children are among the top 10% of their cohort. There were no failures, and all students have been promoted to the next level.

These achievements reflect the children’s hard work, determination, and commitment to learning. We are deeply grateful to our donors and sponsors for their continued support, which helps make these encouraging results possible.

Thank you for being part of their journey and for helping to build a brighter future for our children.

From 10 to 13 July 2026, Operation Hope Foundation hosted a Cambodia Vision Trip for donors and sponsors, giving them the opportunity to see firsthand the impact of our work in rural Cambodia.

Participants visited the Children’s Home, community projects, and our Organic Waste to Fertilizer Program, gaining deeper insight into the lives of local families and the difference sustained support can make.

We thank all donors and sponsors who joined us and continue to support our mission to bring hope and lasting change to children and communities in Cambodia.🫰

From Nepal Advancement to Medical School

We are delighted to share another remarkable milestone from our children’s home in Nepal — Nigel has successfully secured admission to medical school.

After completing Grade 12 with excellent results, Nigel went on to pass the highly competitive medical school entrance examinations, earning qualifying places at respected universities in both Nepal and Bangladesh.

We are deeply grateful to all our supporters for believing in our children and walking alongside OHF. Your continued giving makes milestones like this possible.

Thank you for helping make hope real.
