Operation Hope Foundation A Singapore registered charity that works in developing countries It is easy to give money to a local charity and depend on them totally to run the projects.

There has been criticism about orphanages , many of which are scams that rip off unsuspecting donors. We want to share a model of running well equipped and managed children home where children are brought up in a loving environment and learned many skills and character development .Being a Singapore charity, we are accountable to the Ministry of Communications and Youths which has strict standards

on corporate governance. Because of the tight supervision and control from Singapore , we remove fraud, abuse and ensure the children's needs are properly met. Our community projects are also supervised closely to ensure the donor's money is properly used. Our model is a partnership model where Singapore staff work closely with our Khmer and Nepali staff.

On 29 April 2026, we were honored to welcome His Excellency Chea Sumethy, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation, and Lok Chumteav Chea Phalkun to Prey Veng City.

They joined us in preparing and sharing a meaningful lunch with children from three centers, bringing warmth and encouragement to all.

We are grateful for their generous donations to Operation Hope Foundation:

2 tons of rice

30 cartons of instant noodles

20 boxes of drinking water

50 bottles of cooking oil (2L)

1,000,000 Riel

As we struggle to study, build a career, look after family, that small but vital part of our heart shrinks and may even disappears completely.
