On 16th May 2026, the Bhutanese Society in Singapore was honoured to attend the New Civilization Paradigms International Forum, jointly chaired by His Eminence Tsugla Lopen Rinpoche Karma Rangdol and Master Zhang Bu Sheng, alongside distinguished leaders and representatives from various sectors and organisations.

The forum served as a meaningful platform for dialogue on wisdom, humanity, spiritual values, and the vision for a more compassionate and harmonious future.

On the following day, His Eminence graciously bestowed the Guru Rinpoche Eight Manifestations Empowerment and the Green Tara Empowerment, followed by the 21 Tara Wish-Fulfilling Fire Puja, concluding the programme with prayers and aspirations for peace, wellbeing, and the benefit of all sentient beings.
