Do you sense God calling you to long-term pioneer church planting in Cambodia?
OMF Cambodia sees the next 10 years as a special era of opportunity for the growth of the church. As the door remains open, we urgently seek new pioneer church planters for this harvest field, to reach some of the 98% of Cambodians who are still in darkness.
What kind of churches are we trying to plant? We want to see Cambodians worshipping God within their existing communities, using authentic Cambodian culture and language. For this purpose, church planters with OMF Cambodia commit to at least one year of language and culture learning.
How does OMF Cambodia do church planting?
In Teams – Church planters usually work in small teams alongside other OMF members and/or local Christians. In some situations, church planters may need to work independently.
Reproducibly – Our strategies are designed to be biblical, simple, and reproducible by future Cambodian disciples. The focus is on making disciples who make disciples. These disciples then gather in house churches or other non-rented spaces.
