A simple recipe with an 𝗘𝗫𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗢𝗥𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗬 outcome.

After age 18, many individuals with disabilities face a gap in services and support. Our Campus Programme bridges this gap through practical vocational training. Our post-18 learners are keeping a piece of Singapore’s heritage alive while building hands-on skills in preparation, machine operation and teamwork.

So come on down to our 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮•𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 @𝘂𝗯𝗶 to support them!

Finding confidence and connection through music 🥁💛

For Alexavier, music is more than something he enjoys — it is a space where he can learn, connect with others and grow in confidence.

Alexavier has been part of the EMC Drum Ensemble since 2024, and he is also rocking it as a drummer with X-Band. He especially enjoys playing instruments, particularly the drums, and one of the things
he loves most is being able to play alongside his friends.

His mum has noticed positive changes over time — Alexavier has become more social, enjoys coming to every session, and always looks forward to returning each week. She shares that the programme
provides him with opportunities for learning, social interaction and confidence-building.

Always cheerful, friendly and sweet, Alexavier brings such positive energy wherever he goes. What makes him even more special is his willingness to step up and assist our trainers by leading the group —
showing that he is not only a talented drummer, but also a natural leader in the making.

Through Bears for Good, every S$50 donation helps support meaningful experiences and opportunities for beneficiaries like Alexavier.

𝗔 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗮𝘁 𝗩-𝗣𝗼𝗽’𝘀 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🎤✨

Yi Hang, Kaho and Alexon took the stage to share their music as part of Singapore’s largest inclusive arts festival, bringing together artists and audiences through visual art, music and performance.

Here’s a little glimpse of the day, from getting ready to taking the stage and sharing the music with everyone there. 💜

𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝘁𝗿𝗮•𝗢𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀 @ 𝗨𝗯𝗶!

At our campus, we offer art and movement programmes, as well as vocational training in hospitality and F&B for our beneficiaries. These programmes are aimed at better equipping post 18 youth with special needs and disabilities as they transition out of the formal Special Education (SPED) school system.

A big shoutout to our Guest of Honour, Mayor Dinesh Vasu Dash, who joined us for a tour of our campus, led by our beneficiaries and trainers.

Finally, thank you to all our board members, partners, supporters, friends and families for making the opening of Extra•Ordinary Campus @ Ubi extra special!

Our Ubi Centre is now home to our programmes, trainers and the community we work with. We are grateful to PARKROYAL COLLECTION Pickering for supporting the new space with beds, bedding and two TVs, helping us set up a comfortable and functional environment for our learners.
