Behind every dish is a story, of choices, challenges and the courage to start again. 🍽️

This is the Yellow Ribbon Culinary Showcase 2026, where inmates are mentored by professional chefs, putting their culinary skills and creativity to the test and showing what they are capable of.

24 contestants. 4 staple proteins. 24 unique creations. 🍲
Each contestants brings their own ideas, inspiration and story to the plate.

Only 9 will make the cut.

Who will rise to the challenge?

The search for the Grand Champion begins. 🏆🔥

It's October and we are counting down to International Chefs Day!

Each year, chefs around the world get together on October 20 to honour the culinary profession and give back to community.

Created in 2004 by Dr. Bill Gallagher from the World Association of Chefs' Societies, the day focuses on passing culinary skills and contributing to the community.

This year, we'll be partnering Nestlé Professional Singapore to inspire little food explorers!
