Fatigue is one of the most misunderstood parts of chronic illness.

From the outside, it can look like someone is slow, indecisive, or just not trying hard enough. But that is often not the full picture.

From the inside, it can feel like your energy is unpredictable, your focus slips, and even simple things take more out of you than they should.

That gap between how it looks and how it feels is where a lot of frustration and misunderstanding happens.

For those living with it, being believed matters.

For those supporting someone, small shifts matter.

More patience. Less pushing. Listening without trying to fix.

For many living with chronic illness, the journey becomes an unexpected classroom
Teaching resilience, pacing, acceptance, and what truly matters.

Not every lesson is easy
But each one shapes who we become
Grateful for the teachers we meet

And the lessons we never asked for, but learn anyway!

A start is still a start.

Today I’m just walking to my yoga class. Nothing dramatic. Just showing up.

On days when fatigue is heavy or the heat feels like too much, movement doesn’t need to be big. It can be slow. It can be small. It can even be imperfect.

If you can, find something near your neighbourhood. A short walk. A stretch at home. A class with people around you so you don’t have to do it alone.

Just move a little, in your own way.

Your body doesn’t need perfection. It responds to care.

What can you do today to spark a little joy in your tired body?

Even 5 minutes counts.

We recently dropped by a local factory office that’s seen busier days before the world shifted away from plastic. Our mission? Gathering ready-made plastic boxes to protect and display our upcoming art pieces. 💐💐💐

There’s a quiet beauty in finding exactly what we needed to keep our art safe while making it fully visible to the world. A perfect metaphor for what we stand for. 💜
