Clubβs emerging leaders to the Emerging Lions Leadership Institute (ELLI), hosted by LCI District 309, which is an interactive 3-day leadership workshop took place from 8th May 2026 (Friday) to 10th May 2026 (Sunday), 8:30 amβ5:30 pm, at the Singapore Swimming Club.ππ»
The institute aims to enhance leadership skills through interactive collaboration, focusing on communication, team leadership, and change management. Participants will gain confidence, strengthen teamwork, and prepare for future leadership roles within Lions International.π¦
This institute introduces the foundations of leadership, covering the history and future of Lions, strategies for change management, and ways to support Lions teams. Participants will enhance their communication skills through active listening, learn to conduct effective meetings, explore diversity within Lions, and engage in the mentoring programme. The programme also emphasizes leadership in action, with sessions on Mission 1.5 membership growth, LCIF presentations, strategies for club success, and concludes with a closing and evaluation.
