Good news, getting around Tampines GreenSpring & Masjid Darul Ghufran will soon be easier, rain or shine. Housing & Development Board & Our Tampines Hub will be enhancing the pedestrian connectivity around the estate with the construction of two new sheltered link-ways.

The first linkway (in Red) will connect GreenSpring directly to Our Tampines Hub (OTH) North Plaza, while the second (in Purple) will link GreenSpring towards Blk 859B MSCP, giving residents convenient access to parking for non-season holders. Works for Linkway 1 will begin in October 2025 and are expected to complete by Q2 2026. Linkway 2 will commence in November 2025 and is targeted for completion by Q3 2026.

During the construction period, residents may experience some noise, dust, and temporary footpath diversions. We seek your kind understanding as these works are carried out, and assure you that safety and accessibility will remain our top priorities.

Once completed, the new linkways will provide direct, all-weather access to OTH and alternative parking at Blk 859 MSCP, bringing us one step closer to a safer and more connected Tampines Central 💛
