Mark Greaves arrived in Singapore in 1980 as a 23-year-old Rothschild banker sent to fill a vacancy he'd never applied for. Four decades on, he chairs ComfortDelGro, one of the world's largest land transport groups, running buses in London, taxis in Perth and metro lines in Stockholm.
