Today, we organised an event where participants immersed themselves in a deeply relaxing sound therapy session with Jassinta Wellness. Through soothing vibrations and mindful stillness, everyone had the chance to pause, recharge, and reconnect with themselves.

We are kicking off a special series of events this year dedicated to the women of our community — and we begin with something gentle, grounding and deeply restorative.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, Esparina RN invites female residents aged 18 & above to a 2-hour wellness experience designed to help you pause, breathe and recharge.

🧘‍♀️ 60-Minute Therapeutic Sound Healing with Singing Bowls

Simply sit comfortably on a chair or on your yoga mat as the soothing resonance of singing bowls fills the space.

Participants commonly experience:
✨ Reduced stress
✨ Deep physical relaxation
✨ Improved focus
✨ A renewed sense of inner stillness
It is a guided session created to support both mental clarity and physical ease — a quiet reset from the pace of daily life.

🍰 Following the session, enjoy a cosy Afternoon Tea with pastries, drinks and light treats as we gather in celebration and connection.

What an amazing start to our very first event of 2026!

Today, residents and friends gathered for a joyful Chinese New Year celebration filled with festive energy and warm community spirit. The lively lion dance brought blessings and prosperity to the estate, while unique hands-on craft activities added a special touch to the day. From making our very own prosperity shakers to trying gold ink stamping for the first time, smiles and laughter were everywhere as creativity flowed.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and made the celebration so memorable. Here’s to a year of happiness, good health, and many more wonderful moments together at Esparina! 🍊🍊
