It's easy to stay busy, distracted, or look for ways to escape discomfort. True courage begins when we are willing to sit with ourselves, understand our thoughts, and move through inner turbulence with awareness.

The mind can be a source of conflict, but it can also become a source of strength.

At Dave Asprey’s BEYOND Biohacking Conference, where conversations around science, longevity, performance, and consciousness came together, Gurudev delivered the keynote address on exploring deeper dimensions of human potential.
