Led by Ms Eshwari, the session brought everyone together through lively Kuthu movements and dance, creating a fun and engaging way to stay active, get moving and enjoy the evening with the community. 🕺✨

On Sunday, participants came together for a meaningful and engaging morning at the Movement & Wellness Social Club, jointly presented by Unsaid Stories and Woodlands CC IAEC. 💜✨

Designed for people living with dementia, the session explored gentle movement, gestures and creative expression inspired by Indian classical traditions. Through movement and dance, participants were encouraged to stimulate their senses, express themselves and enjoy the benefits of being active in a warm and supportive environment. Beyond the activities, the session also created a welcoming space for participants to build friendships, boost confidence and enjoy meaningful social engagement. 🌿🕺

We hope the session brought joy, connection and a sense of togetherness to everyone who took part. A heartfelt thank you to Unsaid Stories, our participants and everyone who helped make the session a memorable one. 💜

We look forward to creating more opportunities for our community to move, connect and celebrate wellbeing together! ✨
