We just wrapped up the third and final session of our IM Future Ready – AI Masterclass and we couldn't be prouder of our participants!

27 clients participated, with 22 graduates who successfully completed all 3 workshops, equipping themselves with practical AI tools to boost their confidence and career readiness!

A special thank you to BK HAN | Ai Innovation Coach for your wonderful partnership and dedication to making AI accessible and practical for our clients. Not forgetting all the incredible volunteers who generously gave their time and guidance to support our participants throughout these sessions. And a loud shoutout to Hema, our client-turned-facilitator! Thank you for being such an inspiration and role model to everyone.

When our community grows, our impact multiplies. Janice, one of our dedicated volunteers, recently completed the IM Future Ready Sprint Workshop alongside our beneficiaries and her vision for the future is inspiring:

"I found the IM Future Ready AI training very motivating and practical. I’m already applying the skills I learned by using Gemini and Gamma to create e-books that I plan to monetise globally... I truly feel that every woman would benefit from having access to this kind of knowledge to stay relevant and empowered in today’s digital world."

A peek behind the curtains of our recent Dress for Success workshop for the YWCA Empowering Mums programme!

This is so much more than just a styling session. It’s about creating a safe space where these incredible mums can take a moment for themselves, rediscover their strengths and walk out standing a little taller.

It starts with a rack of clothes and a styling consultation, but ends with a powerful shift in mindset.

Watching these amazing women transform and tap into their inner confidence is the absolute best part of what we do. Here’s to them stepping into their power and showing up as the best version of themselves!

AI isn't just about automation; it’s about inspiration. One participant who completed our IM Future Ready AI Empowerment workshops, Qi Yan, shared how these tools are transforming her daily life:

"Every session was an eye-opener to the extensive potential of AI. The course allowed me to realise that I can use AI as my thinking partner, helping me to brainstorm useful ideas and relieve an overloaded brain in my daily work and baking side hustle. I also enjoy using AI to create songs that are uniquely me. Truly grateful to for this invaluable workshop!"

We just wrapped up our very first run of the IM Future Ready programme, with a total attendance of 104 beneficiaries and volunteers across 5 workshops. 49 women have walked away with more than just tech skills—they’ve gained a new sense of possibility.

From discovering new AI tools to a budding songwriter now empowered to produce her own music videos, these workshops are about turning "I'm not sure" into "I did it"
