Established in 1998, the Nan Hua High School Alumni Association strengthens community bonds by offering alumni a variety of engaging educational and cultural programs. The idea for the Association originated during Nan Hua Secondary School's 80th Anniversary Dinner. Through the efforts of several former students and teachers, and with the support of then-Principal Ms. Winnie Tan, the Alumni Associ

ation was officially registered in June 1998 under Singapore’s Societies Act , Chapter 311. The first Executive Committee was elected at the inaugural Annual General Meeting, with Mdm. The Alumni Association logo was designed by Mr. Tan Sze Pheng (Class of 1994). Today, the Association has over 400 members. In 2006, following the school’s attainment of Autonomous status and its name change, the organization was renamed the Nan Hua High School Alumni Association.

Our Nan Hua High School alumni family gathered for a heartwarming Chinese New Year luncheon at Good Chance Popiah Eating House on 7 March 🧧

A big thank you to everyone who joined us for this festive reunion in activities including making our own popiah, yusheng tossing and an exciting auction of winning Chinese calligraphy pieces by our very own talented Nan Hua High School students! 🌟

We are grateful to everyone who made this event a huge success and look forward to seeing everyone at our next major event - Mid-Autumn Festival! 🌝

Chinese Calligraphy Competition Results 🏆

As part of the Chinese New Year celebrations, the Association held its inaugural Chinese Calligraphy competition for all current NHHS students.
After careful evaluation, we are pleased to announce six winners who were selected based on artistry and mastery of brush technique:

Nan Hua High School is organising Amazing Quest @ Marina Bay for the Secondary 4 cohort's Camp Achiever and we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to support the event for day activities! 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃

🗓️ Date: 21-22 January 2026 (Wed-Thu)
⏰ Time: 0715-1230hrs
👉 Reporting Venue: Alumni Room 聚谊阁 @ Nan Hua High School (transport will be provided from NHHS to Marina Bay)
👟 Dress Code: Sports/casual attire with covered shoes (brisk walking/running may be required)

Dear Nan Hua Alumni,

2025 concluded with a memorable Alumni Homecoming and 1980s-1990s Reunion, gathering former principals, teachers, and alumni across generations and renewing our shared bonds. The warmth of these reunions reminded us what makes our community special.

We are also encouraged to see young alumni becoming more engaged, bringing fresh energy and perspectives that inspire our Association's direction and growth ahead.

Looking into the near future, we have two major milestones on the horizon - our school's 110th Anniversary in 2027 and our Alumni Association’s 30th Anniversary in 2028. We hope that everyone can join us in creating memorable moments together and celebrate our shared legacy.

No matter which year you graduated or where you are today, we hope you will become a bridge reconnecting more classmates. Join us in strengthening our alumni network and gathering as a warm, united force to support the continued growth and spirit of our alma mater, your involvement is what keeps our community vibrant.
