Telok Blangah Global Outreach (GO) A group of enthusiasts passionate about community service both locally and globally. Recruitment 2011 for Sikkim Outreach Project: We Want You!

We are looking for dedicated volunteers in the upcoming trip in the second week of December 2011 to facilitate the sustainable development of the village through educational support in the local school, Sangam Academy, Computer Information Centre, and Borong-Polok Handmade Papermaking Unit. With your help and skills, we hope the children & teenagers are able to gain the perspicacity in propelling

in their scholarly achievements, as well as the villagers to acquire more knowledge to enhance their product development & manufacturing processes in making their hand-made paper products globally available and competition. Where: Borong-Polok is a village on the South Sikkim Himalayas, the destination of the ongoing volunteer trip. This year, we are organizing the expedition in collaboration with the Sikkim Development Foundation (SF) and Datacraft Asia.
