Thank you for spending meaningful time with our residents through the lively singing and engaging quiz session, as well as for the thoughtful small gifts prepared for them. The laughter, music, and cheerful interactions created such a warm and happy atmosphere, and our residents truly enjoyed every moment of the session.

A special thank you to Mr Andy Lau for coordinating the programme and making this meaningful visit possible.

A refreshing midweek outing to East Coast Park 🌊🌿

Our residents enjoyed a wonderful Wednesday soaking in the sea breeze, with highlights including bicycle rides 🚴‍♂️, a stroll along the jetty, and spotting planes ✈️ and ships 🚢 in the distance. Moments like these bring joy, relaxation, and new experiences.

None of this would have been possible without our dedicated caregiving staff, who lovingly organised and accompanied residents for the outing. Some even came down on their off day to be there for the residents — a true reflection of their compassion and commitment 💙

This Lunar New Year 2026, we were deeply encouraged by the kindness and generosity of Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School (KCPSS).

A heartfelt thank you to Mdm Hajjarrillah, Ms Jade, Mr Ben, and the students for delivering the hampers in person on 19 February 2026, our first working day after the holiday. It was a lovely way to start the year on a positive note. The thoughtfully prepared hampers brought much joy to our residents, and the handwritten well wishes and hand-drawn decorations made them even more meaningful.

These hampers are more than festive gifts. They remind our residents that they are seen, valued, and cared for by the community.

As we move forward into the year of horse, may you continue to stride ahead with confidence and joy. Thank you for spreading warmth and kindness. It truly means a lot to us.

This Lunar New Year 2026, we were truly heartened by the warmth and generosity shown by Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Primary School (KCPPS).

A big thank you to Mrs Yee (Principal), and the wonderful team of teachers and students, for coming by Bishan Home this morning. Your visit meant so much to us. The festive hampers you so thoughtfully prepared brought bright smiles to our residents — and more importantly, reminded them that they are remembered and cared for.

To our residents, these gestures are never just about the gifts. They are about connection. About knowing that the community is riding alongside them. Your kindness and effort made this celebration extra special, and we are truly grateful.

As we gallop into the new year, may it be filled with steady strides, good health, and joyful moments for all of you. Thank you for starting our year on such a meaningful and heartfelt note.

Thank you to Kuo Chuan Presbyterian Secondary School (KCPSS) for inviting our residents to participate in the Cultural Gallery hosted by your students. During the visit, our residents had the opportunity to explore various cultural booths showcasing elements of Chinese, Malay, and Tamil traditions.

At the different booths, they enjoyed a range of thoughtfully curated activities conducted by the students, including Chinese Calligraphy Writing, Orange Craft, Pitch Pot – the traditional “tou hu” throwing game, Lamp Painting, Coaster Weaving (a simple weaving activity), and many more.

The students who accompanied our residents from booth to booth were patient and friendly in their interactions, making the experience both enjoyable and meaningful for everyone.

The event offered a good mix of activities representing different cultures and created a vibrant festive atmosphere as we approach the Lunar New Year. On that note, we would like to take this opportunity to wish everyone a joyful and prosperous Lunar New Year!
