Singapore Halal Culinary Federation is a registered society geared towards the objectives of sustainable application and growth. We are an organization managed by an Executive Committee of volunteers. Our Executive Committee consists of cooks, chefs, and F&B professionals who are committed and passionate about reaching out, educating, and collaborating with businesses and communities. We

welcome the interest of potential partners and sponsors to fund, collaborate and work with us in order to sustain the federation and industry applications. We believe in bringing a new direction with our progressive affiliation. This is seen in the many services provided:

We’re truly grateful to have been part of the Woodlands CC opening celebration last Sunday. Thank you to the organizers for inviting us to contribute to the community through special culinary demonstrations and by serving on the jury for the mystery box cooking competition — it was an honour to take part.

The day was an absolute delight: the demonstrations sparked lively, informative Q&As about techniques and recipes, and the mystery box challenged contestants to think creatively under pressure. It was heartwarming to see so many talented cooks showcase their skills and serve thoughtful, delicious dishes with such pride and generosity. The enthusiasm, camaraderie, and community spirit were inspiring.

A big thanks to all the participants, volunteers, and Woodlands CC staff who made the event possible. We truly enjoyed every moment, learned a lot from the conversations, and look forward to more opportunities to cook, teach, judge, and celebrate great food with our neighbours.

Dear fellow chefs, colleagues, friends in Singapore and across the region,

On this blessed Eid ul Adha, I extend warm greetings on behalf of the Singapore Halal Culinary Federation. This sacred season reminds us of sacrifice, compassion and service — values that guide our work in every kitchen and market.

As chefs, we have the honor of transforming Qurban into nourishment and comfort for families and those in need. Let us recommit to the highest halal, hygiene and ethical standards, and to serving with kindness and integrity. Reach out to the vulnerable in your communities, share surplus with food aid initiatives, and mentor the next generation so our culinary heritage continues to thrive.

At the same time, let us innovate responsibly — embrace sustainable sourcing, reduce food waste, and collaborate across borders to strengthen our regional halal ecosystem. By working together, we can ensure our cuisine nourishes both body and soul, and brings barakah to our families and communities.
