Equality isn’t just about intention - it’s about outcomes. 🤝
This International Women’s Day 2026 theme, Balance the Scales, challenges us to look at the systems and to explore how we can address systemic imbalances and create fairer access to opportunity, voice, and decision-making.

Join us for a global virtual event exploring real, practical ways to create more equitable workplaces, and expand your network beyond regions. We want to continue creating a vibrant and supportive community that spans industries, backgrounds, and career stages. Whether you're based in UK, Europe, Africa, or Asia, we encourage all to register for this interactive session as we bring together leaders and change-makers from all regions to share practical insights and, importantly, what real action looks like in practice!

Great leadership isn’t just defined by results, but by how those results are achieved.

When you nominate a kind leader, you do three things:
1. You acknowledge impact that often goes unseen
2. You reinforce the behaviours that shape strong cultures
3. You showcase the people and values that define your organisation

Kind leaders don’t usually put themselves forward.
Recognition starts with those around them.

Who comes to mind? Nominate a kind leader now. 🌟

Who can be nominated for the Kindness & Leadership List?

The answer may be broader than you think.

We are recognising leaders across the UK and Asia Pacific who demonstrate kindness through their actions, decisions, and impact.

Eligibility criteria include:

✔ Any gender, any age
✔ Leaders making a meaningful contribution in their field
✔ Each nomination must include a nominator and at least two endorsers

We are also looking for Rising Stars.
These are individuals who may not yet hold the most senior titles, but who already demonstrate leadership through respect, empathy, courage, and fairness.

A note for nominators:
- All submissions must be declared true and complete to the best of your knowledge.
- The judging panel will assess nominees solely based on the information provided in the nomination form.
- No interviews or meetings are conducted during the judging process.

If someone in your network demonstrates these qualities, this is your opportunity to recognise them.

✨ Nominate a kind leader today.

We were delighted to hold the first-ever Women of the Future APAC Network event last week in Singapore!

Hosted by Sotheavy AT recipient of the Women of the Future Media Award in 2020, the event marked a significant step toward building a stronger regional community of emerging and established female leaders.

We were especially honoured to welcome Women of the Future candidates and Kindness & Leadership Listees who flew in from across the APAC region to join us for this milestone gathering.

The launch was made possible through the generous support of Tinto with remarks by Bekar, Chief Commercial Officer, reinforcing the importance of championing women’s voices and opportunities.

Guests also heard from Pinky Lilani CBE DL, Founder of Women of the Future, whose inspiring leadership continues to uplift women around the world.

A thought-provoking panel followed, featuring Rupen Desai , Josephine Lee MCR and Laure Baratgin, exploring what authentic allyship truly means — from meaningful support among women, to intersectionality, and the role men must play in everyday advocacy.

✨ Key takeaway: Allyship is not a title — it’s a consistent, deliberate action.
