IG No: 412 Terracotta Warriors were discovered during the Han Dynasty (206 BCE–220 CE) and later dynasties such as the Tang Dynasty (618–907 CE)
Terracotta figures, including animals like turtles and tigers, were indeed significant in Chinese architecture. They were often used as decorative elements on rooftops, particularly on palaces, temples, and other prominent structures. They served both aesthetic and symbolic purposes, believed to protect homes and buildings, ward off spells and evil spirits and bring auspicious good fortune.
The unique Terracotta shape of a Turtle is displayed in this rotating background in real-time MP4. The tortoise is made from reasonably coarse, porous clay. Due to old age, two baby seals were found on top of the tortoiseshell with missing heads.
During those days Terracotta Warrior Turtles were installed on the rooftops of most resident homes. They believed these would guard and bless the families and members with a “Healthy Long Life”
In the backdrop, a real-time rotating display, captured through a microscope, reveals various contaminants and black specks.
