Come experience RainbowAsia's 2-part q***r wellbeing day on 20 June, starting with a hands-on condom making workshop that explores safer s*x through a q***r-inclusive lens.

From 2pm-4pm, participants will engage in myth-busting, practical learning, and guided activities that build confidence and knowledge around protection and consent.

In the second half, from 4pm-6.30pm, Songs That Held Us invites participants into a gentle, communal listening space. Through music-sharing and reflection, participants are encouraged to connect with themselves and others by exploring the songs that have supported them through different moments in life. No musical background is needed—only a willingness to listen, reflect, and be present.

Participants are welcome to sign up for either session individually or attend both as a full wellness experience.

Q***r folk and allies are warmly welcomed.

Meet Your Mentor: Gabriele Goh!

Gabriele is a Newfield- and ICF-PCC–certified coach, trainer, and Gestalt Organisational Development practitioner. He partners with clients across the UK, Portugal, the US, Canada, Malaysia, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, and beyond-delivering human-systems and interpersonal-dynamics workshops for leading universities, energy firms, and EU-funded organisations.
