Grief may take different forms, but remembering a loved one is a journey no one has to walk alone.
Recently, Dover Park Hospice (DPH) brought together caregivers and family members for our annual Rose for Remembrance, to collectively remember and honour 867 patients who have passed on in the past year (April 2025 โ March 2026).
Surrounded by DPH Council members, staff and volunteers who had journeyed with them, families engaged in meaningful reflection, shared personal stories, a gentle guided imagery session and a hands-on experiential activity dedicated to keep the memories of their loved ones alive.
At DPH, our care does not end when a patient passes on. We remain committed to walking alongside their families through bereavement, creating safe spaces for remembrance, connection and healing.
