LCS Ji Siang & LCS Ru Yi 5th Anniversary Dinner!

It was truly a pleasure to see 艾玲 again—still carrying that same grace and strength, deeply admirable.

Every time I hear her story, it touches my heart and brings tears to my eyes. Through her journey, she defines what courage and resilience truly mean.

Her transformation is not only a personal triumph, but also a powerful reflection of the hope and change brought by our Lions Protheses Centre .
A prosthetic limb did not just help her stand again—it empowered her to embrace life and regain her confidence.

To date, our Lions Protheses Centre has supported 53 amputees. Behind this number are 53 lives rekindled—each one a true testament to the warmth and spirit of Lionism.

The charity singers last night also gave outstanding performances, filling the evening with energy and emotion. All funds raised were fully donated to the Lions Protheses Centre （LPC), allowing this kindness to continue making a difference.

Service is never just about giving，
Where there is a need, there is a Lion.

吉祥与如意狮子会五周年庆典。

很高兴能再次在晚宴上见到艾玲-她依然带着那份从容与坚定，让人由衷敬佩。

每一次听到她的故事，心中总会泛起波澜，忍不住湿了眼眶。她用自己的经历，诠释了什么是坚强与勇敢。

她的重生，不只是个人意志的胜利，更让人看见狮子义肢中心（LPC） 所带来的改变与希望。一个义肢，不仅让她重新站起来，更让她重新拥抱生活、找回自信。

据悉，狮子义肢中心（LPC） 至今已帮助了53位截肢患者。53个数字，背后是53段被重新点亮的人生，也是狮子精神最真实、最有温度的体现。

同时，昨晚的义唱歌手们倾情演出，为活动注入满满能量与感动。现场所有募得的善款，已全数捐赠予狮子义肢中心（LPC），让这份爱心得以延续与传递。

服务，从来不只是付出，
哪里有需要，哪里就有狮子。🦁

𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐛 𝐎𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐩

LCI District 309, in collaboration with DLTI, successfully conducted the Club Officers Handover Workshop on 7 February 2026 (9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) at Havelock 2, bringing together incoming and outgoing Club Officers committed to leading their clubs forward.

Designed to empower leaders for a smooth, effective, and compliant transition, the bilingual (English and Mandarin) workshop equipped participants with practical insights into Extraordinary General Meeting (EOGM) and Annual General Meeting (AGM) processes, officer nominations and elections, key officers’ roles, and essential handover practices. Strong emphasis was placed on continuity in financial management, operations, reporting, and compliance, as well as transition planning and the management of on-going projects, including the filing of Incoming Officers via the Lions Portal.

Through its structured and hands-on approach, the workshop strengthened confidence and readiness for the new term. LCI District 309 extends its sincere appreciation to all participants and the organising team for their dedication to good governance and leadership continuity as everyone build stronger clubs together.

分会干部交接讲习会

国际狮子会 309 区与 DLTI 联合，于 2026 年 2 月 7 日在 Havelock 2 成功举办了分会干部交接讲习会，汇聚了新任与卸任分会干部，携手推动分会迈向更稳健的发展。

本次双语（英语及华语）讲习会旨在赋能分会领导层，协助干部在换届期间实现顺畅、有效且合规的交接。课程内容涵盖 特别会员大会（EOGM）及年度会员大会（AGM）的流程、干部提名与选举、主要分会干部的角色与职责，以及确保财务管理、运作、报告与合规延续性的关键交接要点，同时也加强了过渡规划、进行中项目管理，并指导学员通过狮子会门户网站申报新任干部。

透过务实而系统化的安排，讲习会提升了参与者对新任期的信心与准备度。国际狮子会 309 区谨向所有参与者及筹办团队致以衷心感谢，感谢大家对良好治理与领导层延续的坚定承诺，让我们携手共建更强大的分会。

Due to popular demand, the New Member Orientation has returned for its second series.

On 7 February 2026 (2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.), Lions across Singapore gathered at Havelock 2, for an inspiring bilingual New Member Orientation organized by LCI District 309 in collaboration with DLTI.

The orientation began with a warm welcome to our newest Lions and their Sponsoring Lions as they embark on this meaningful journey of service, and the Opening Address from District Governor Chia Lai Soon. This was followed by a group photo session, a briefing on house rules, and a series of engaging topics, including an introduction to who Lions are, an overview of Lions Clubs International (LCI), an introduction to District 309, and insights into clubs and sponsoring Lions. The programme concluded with closing remarks and the presentation of certificates.

Congratulations to all Lions who successfully completed the orientation. Together, let’s continue to grow, serve, and inspire!

区新会员讲习会 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓-𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔

应广泛需求，新会员讲习会再次推出第二系列。

2026年2月7日（下午2:00 - 5:00），新加坡各分会的狮友齐聚于合乐2购物中心，参加由国际狮子会309区与DLTI联合举办的双语新会员讲习会。

讲习会在热烈欢迎新狮友及其引荐狮友加入这一充满意义的服务旅程中正式开始，并由区总监谢来橓致开幕辞。随后进行全体合影、会议守则说明，并依次介绍多个主题的分享，包括 什么是狮子会、国际狮子会（LCI）、309区的概况，以及有关分会与引荐狮友。活动最后以闭幕致辞及证书颁发圆满结束。

衷心恭贺所有顺利完成讲习的狮友。让我们携手并进，持续成长、服务与启发！
