📸 Highlights from the Singapore Estate Agents Conference 2026!

A big thank you to everyone who joined us at this year's Singapore Estate Agents Conference 2026. It was an afternoon of valuable insights, meaningful discussions and networking as we explored this year's theme, "Building a Trusted, Tech-Enabled Real Estate Future."

We were honoured to welcome our Guest-of-Honour, Ms Sun Xueling, Senior Minister of State for National Development & Transport, who shared two important regulatory changes that will take effect from 1 January 2027. CEA will:

✔️ Move to a three-year licensing and registration cycle.
✔️ Introduce a new Currency Requirement, where property agents must either complete at least three property transactions during their three-year registration period or pass a Refresher Examination.

We were also pleased to have CEA Executive Director, Mr Chan Khar Liang, and Deputy Executive Director, Mr Chan Mun Kit, in attendance at the conference.

We hope the conference has equipped you with practical insights to navigate the evolving real estate landscape while continuing to uphold professionalism, trust and excellence.
