You don’t have to wait until you’re falling apart to start taking care of yourself.

Sometimes, you just need a little space to pause, reflect and talk things through with people who are figuring life out too.

That’s what we hope WBC can be 💛

Wave 14 begins this Saturday, and we have just a few places left.

Every participant gets a beautifully designed, 150-page guide packed with psychology research, practical tools and reflections to keep long after the programme ends.

Honestly, there are courses that cost thousands and don’t give you anything close to this 👀

And yes, every word and every page was created by actual humans. No AI involved. Just a lot of research, writing, designing and questioning why we decided to make it 150 pages 🫠

Kinda wild to think that WBC started because COVID cancelled all our events and we suddenly had nothing to do. 😅

So we organised one online conversation about psychology. Somehow, that one conversation turned into five years of Well-Being Circles.

Putting this together brought back a lot of memories. Feeling grateful, a little emotional, and also excited for what comes next. 💙

Here’s how it all began.

your thoughts ≠ facts 👀

that’s probably one of the most freeing things psychology has taught me.

the stories we tell ourselves shape how we feel way more than we realise.

if you wanna learn practical psychology that actually helps in real life, come join Well-being Circles 💛

positive psychology isn’t “good vibes only” 😭

it’s not about being happy 24/7.
it’s about learning to see life more accurately.

toxic positivity = escape reality
positive psychology = face reality, but with better tools

we practise this in Well-Being Circles too.
last few waves before WBC ends 🥲
