ACE Youth Academy ACE Academy provides training & work opportunity for 2 areas-Events Management & Outreach Youth Work

The ACE Youth Academy is a social work internship employment programme started to provide youths who do not have the conventional educational route an alternate platform and opportunity to be trained and groomed to become a full professional. It is run by full time social workers and experts in the 2 professional fields. The 2 professional positions offered for this programme are: Events Manager a

nd Outreach Youth Worker. We welcome any youths who are keen to learn, keen to upgrade and are motivated to try to break out of their current educational situation to come work and be trained by us! The package includes socio-emotional and mental preparation training, team building, on the job mentoring, and salary for all our youths employees for all sessions. It is not the paper or qualification, it is the heart for learning that matters!

Our ACE Academy Crew underwent an Intro to Photography session on 17 Oct - a great skill to have in the line of Events Management. Our interns went through their second work exposure! quite different from the children's outing, this workshop and celebration event gives our interns experience in actual events management, from registration team, workshop assistants, photographers, ushers, photo booth etc! a really good experience for all! and despite their young ages, our interns displayed professionalism, maturity, responsibility and patience for the whole day! well done!
