🌸 What a wonderful Mum's Day Out! 🌸

Last Sunday, we celebrated Mother's Day in the most heartwarming way with our community at One Punggol! From the 5km walk with our Mummies, Yin Yoga, Cheese Board Decoupage activity, Mother & Child Lookalike Contest, bouncy castles and plenty of engaging booths, it was a morning filled with love, laughter and good vibes all around. 💕

A huge thank you to our co-organiser MumsforLife.sg for making this event extra special, and to all our partners and volunteers who came together to make Mum's Day Out a success. Most importantly, thank you to all the amazing mums and families who joined us, your presence and smiles made it all worthwhile! 🥰

As part of our Punggol GRC WECs - International Women’s Day 2026 celebration on 8 March 2026, residents also took part in the baking sessions where they learned to make Nutella tarts together. The culinary studio was filled with the warm smell of freshly baked treats as everyone enjoyed the hands-on session.

Thank you to North East Community Development Council (NECDC) for the collaboration and support in making this activity possible. It was a fun and meaningful session for residents to learn something new and spend time together. 🌷💗

Last week, the Punggol GRC WECs came together to celebrate International Women’s Day, bringing residents together for an afternoon of activities, learning, and appreciation for the women in our community. 🌷🌺

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to our partners and organisations who supported the event and set up booths to engage our residents. Our appreciation goes to the People’s Association Women’s Integration Network (PA WIN) Council, Families for Life (FFL), United Women Singapore (UWS), Singapore Council of Women’s Organisations (SCWO), Mendaki @ Punggol, Breast Cancer Foundation (BCF), the Singapore Police Force (SPF) Female Officers, Singapore Institute of Technology (SIT), Acemind Healthcare, Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), Sengkang General Hospital (SKH), The Spa by The Ultimate, Punggol Coast AAC Balloon Interest Group, SG Digital Office (SDO), as well as Punggol Damai RN Board Games and Punggol Coast CSN Chess Interest Group.

Thank you for partnering with us to make the event a meaningful one for our residents. We appreciate your support in bringing valuable information, services, and activities to the community. 🫶🏻

Who Should Go for Breast Screening?

- Women aged 40 years & above (Singapore Citizens & PRs)
- Have not gone for mammography in the last:
✓ 12 months (40-49 years old)
✓ 24 months (50 years old & above)
- Have no breast symptoms such as breast lumps or ni**le discharge
- Have not been breastfeeding for the past 6 months
- Not pregnant
