National Camp 2026 saw through 4 days of exciting learning and culminated with an application of skills in Exercise Finale.

Many friendships and memories forged and lessons learnt over the camp.

We hope that everyone who had joined us, from participants to volunteers had an exceptional time.

The camp has ended but the journey has just started and as leaders in the UG fraternity, we go out to the community to spread our knowledge and stand united to benefit the community as one.

Our UG leader participants and volunteers will be supported with videos and photos to spread and influence all to do their part for our community.

As we welcome the new month, we are delighted to celebrate the successful conclusion of the ๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ณ ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜โ€™๐˜€ ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ (๐—–๐—ฆ๐—”) for both Cub Scouts and Scouts, as well as the ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ธ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€ ๐—”๐˜„๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฑ (๐—™๐—–๐—ฆ๐—”).

This year, more than ๐Ÿฐ๐Ÿฌ๐Ÿฌ ๐—–๐˜‚๐—ฏ ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜€ and ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฌ ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐˜๐˜€ achieved the prestigious Chief Scoutโ€™s Award, while over 150 Scout units were recognised with the Frank Cooper Sands Award.

We are incredibly proud of every recipient for reaching these remarkable milestones. Your dedication, perseverance, and commitment to the values of Scouting have led you to attain the highest award in your respective sections.

The Singapore Scout Association was honoured to host Scout Leaders from across Southeast Asia for the SEASARC Anti-Drug & Anti-Substance Abuse (ADASA) Badge Scheme Train-the-Trainers Workshop, held from 9 to 12 July 2026.

This workshop marked a significant milestone in a journey that began with a shared vision of building a safer, healthier ASEAN community. Over three days, 32 Scout Leaders from 9 National Scout Organisations came together to strengthen their knowledge, exchange best practices, and equip themselves to deliver the ADASA Badge Scheme in their respective countries.

Through this Train-the-Trainers programme, participants are now empowered to return home and train fellow Scout Leaders and Scouts, extending the reach and impact of the ADASA Badge Scheme across the region.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to our valued partners, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and the Singapore Anti-Narcotics Association (SANA), for their unwavering support in making this shared vision a reality.

Together, we are empowering the next generation of Scouts to lead the way towards a drug-free future. ๐ŸŒโšœ๏ธ

Last weekend, the Southernwaves Sea Scout Group organised a Gotong Royong beach clean-up at Sembawang Beach in conjunction with Job Week! ๐ŸŒŠโ™ป๏ธ

Our Sea Scouts worked together to remove litter and plastic waste, helping to protect marine life and keep our beaches clean. Through this hands-on activity, they saw firsthand how even small pieces of litter can have a lasting impact on coastal ecosystems.

After the clean-up, the scouts joined an educational session on marine life, pollution, sustainability, and beach safety, learning how simple everyday actions can help protect our environment.

Every piece of litter picked up is a step towards a cleaner, healthier ocean for future generations. Together, we can make a difference! ๐Ÿ’™๐ŸŒ

In just six weeks, we'll be welcoming another exciting National Camp from 18โ€“21 August 2026, where Uniformed Groups from across Singapore come together for four unforgettable days of adventure, growth, and camaraderie.

Get ready to take on thrilling outdoor challenges, strengthen your leadership skills, forge new friendships, and exchange stories and experiences with fellow UG members from all over the island.
