This week, our colleagues came together for a belated National Day potluck, with each department contributing a dish with their own local twist.

From creative takes on familiar favourites to innovative new creations, it was a fun morning filled with good food and great company. More than just a potluck, it was a chance for colleagues to connect and celebrate Singapore together as one CSLMCH family. 🍴❤️🤍

Everyone makes mistakes, and that's okay. Instead of focusing on punishment, we can help children learn through natural consequences. 🌱

By experiencing the outcomes of their actions, children develop responsibility, problem-solving skills and a better understanding of how their choices affect themselves and others. At CSLMCH, this is part of the Trauma-Informed Positive Behavioural Interventions and Supports (TI-PBIS) framework we use.
