Healthy Eating in Our Golden Years 🥗✨

Toa Payoh West-Thomson Active Ageing Committee organised a health talk at Allium Suites, where residents learnt useful tips on eating well and staying strong in their golden years.

Led by a Senior Dietitian, the session covered healthy eating habits, muscle loss prevention, and simple exercises to help reduce the risk of muscle atrophy. Residents also gained practical knowledge on how small lifestyle changes can support better health and overall well-being as they age.

It was an insightful and meaningful session that benefited our seniors, equipping them with greater awareness and confidence to live healthier in their senior years. 💪🌿
